In honor of the coming of fall, Talawanda Tribune decided to test the fall drinks and foods available at Starbucks. We rated them 1 leaf to 4 leaves based on taste, fall aesthetic, originality, and how much it’s worth standing in line for. Here are the results!
First up, there’s the classic Pumpkin Spice Latte. This drink is an espresso and steamed milk with pumpkin, cinnamon and nutmeg flavors, and is topped with whipped cream. The Tribune members gave this drink 3 leaves for taste, 1 for originality, 3 for fall aesthetic, and a tie between 2 and 3 leaves for how much it’s worth standing in line for.

Next up, we tasted the Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew. This drink is a Cold brew sweetened with vanilla-flavored syrup, finished with pumpkin cream cold foam and a dusting of pumpkin-spice topping. Our Tribune members overall rated this drink a 4 for taste, 2 for originality, 3 for fall aesthetic, and a 2 for how much it’s worth standing in line for.

For our third drink, we tasted the Iced Apple Crisp Oatmilk Shaken Espresso. This drink is layers of blonde espresso, spiced apple flavors, and creamy oatmilk. This drink was not popular, rated 1 leaf for taste, 4 leaves for originality, 3 for fall aesthetic, and a one for how long it’s worth standing in line for.

The last drink we tasted was the Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai Tea Latte. This drink is a blend of black tea infused with warming spices and milk, topped with pumpkin cream cold foam. This drink was well-liked and the majority voted a 4 across all categories.
