Presidential Decree Saw Minimal Compliance Yet Was Wildly Successful

On Friday, Dec. 14 Talawanda High School Student Body President Patrick Geshan officially declared Monday, Dec. 17, 2018 to be “Ugly Sweater Day.”  While some members of the student body took the presidential decree seriously, there were many who did not (most likely the same people who don’t listen to Mr. York when he tells them to put their cell phones away or to stop making out in the rotunda).  However, for those who donned their fuzzy light-up sweaters the day was successful in combatting pre-midterm “grinchiness.”
