The Talawanda High School and Butler Tech FCCLA Chapter sponsored a “Pie in the Face” event to raise money for the Pennies for Patients campaign.
To raise money, boxes were placed around the school with pictures of teachers on them. Students were encouraged to put money in the boxes of teachers they wanted to see get pied.
By Friday, March 1, FCCLA had raised almost $750.
